Together, we make a difference. Our recent Breakfast of Champions fundraiser honored notable individuals and organizations who have shaped our organization, and thanks to your support, we received $75,075 in pledged donations to continue our mission.
On Saturday, October 25th, the community came together at Busboys & Poets for our unforgettable Breakfast of Champions, and what a celebration it was! This annual event, our biggest gathering of the year, was a powerful reminder of the collective impact we can achieve. Thanks to your incredible support, we raised an astounding $75,075 in pledged donations to continue driving our mission forward in 2024.
A Morning of Gratitude and Inspiration
The event was a vibrant mix of delicious food, meaningful connections, and moving stories of impact. Attendees included changemakers, supporters, and community leaders who have been instrumental in amplifying our work.
We honored individuals and organizations who have gone above and beyond to support our mission. A special highlight was recognizing Erwin Kwawu, whose unwavering commitment has been a beacon of support for our organization. Through contributions of time, skills, and resources, Erwin and others have helped us expand programs like DMV Made and our Academy, making a tangible difference in the lives we serve.
